WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available at:

for supplies ordered through bertabetes.ca.

Pickups are available 7:30AM to 6:00PM,
Monday to Friday, and 9:00AM-4:00PM on Saturdays. Richmond Square Pharmacy is closed on
Sundays and MOST statutory holidays.

Please call 403-249-4346 to confirm hours of operation.

DELIVERY

We offer various delivery and shipping options and will be using third-party shipping companies such
as Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or other local courier companies which will be responsible for the
shipping of your products.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 before tax and other applicable fees.

EXPIDITED SHIPPING
‍
Expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost. Please discuss with our team members for an estimate.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

Shipping within Alberta only at this time.
