Return policy

We do not accept returns of any medical supplies including but not limited to:

• Insulin
• Diabetic strips
• Insulin infusion sets and reservoirs.

If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know how we can make things better.

If you have shipped a product in error, we will credit you the full amount. Otherwise, prior approval from management must be obtained before the return will be accepted.

Returned products must be in original packaging and cost of shipping will be at your expense. You will be credited once the product has been inspected and approved.

Returns will not be accepted 30 days from the shipping date and all returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
