information to and among Health Care Practitioners (and their assistants), for the purpose of providing or assisting in the provision of services to you.

We may disclose pertinent information to third parties such as other health care providers (eg. pharmacists, medical doctors) for the purpose of completing our provision of services to you.

Service Provider Agreements: In connection with the bertabetes Site or services provided by bertabetes, your information may transit through third parties who provide services on our behalf. These services include (but are not limited to): processing of payments through third-party
insurances or website hosting.

Service providers are only given information to perform designated functions.
